I'm Sakura, originally from Nagoya, Japan, and based in New York City since 2010. My foundation in precision cutting and color began in Nagoya and has continued to grow throughout my career in the United States.
I specialize in lifting natural dark hair while creating clean, brass-free results. My focus is on seamless lightening that looks natural, lasts longer, and grows out beautifully.
I'm also passionate about educating hairstylists around the world. Through my classes, I share the original approach I've developed for lightening dark hair, helping stylists achieve healthier, more predictable, and more natural-looking results.

POLICIES
All appointments require a 50% deposit.
As a courtesy, an appointment reminder will be sent to you 72 hours prior to service appointment. Please remember to confirm your appointment when asked via text confirmation or you risk losing your appointment.
Adjustments or corrections to services are included within two weeks of service, any services after that will incur a fee.
All cancellations must be made by phone at minimum 48 hours before appointment. Note: Any cancellations after that will be rejected. Please do not respond to the automated text messages.
If, for any reason, you miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, or if you are 20 minutes or more late to your appointment you there will be a fee of 100% of the total service cost incurred.
If, for any reason, you miss, cancel, or simply forget your appointment within 48 hours(4days out of NY locations), there will be a fee of 100% of the total service cost incurred
District87 is not responsible for any misunderstandings or failure to see such Cancellation policy and will put forth such charge if any actions stated above occurs. If in such case the card is declined, you will not be permitted to make future appointments until balance is paid.
